Science is not an isolated activity. It involves a very wide range of social players. From the Public Administrations (including the MINECO itself, the Universities, the public research bodies and other players) to the companies (for instance through their associations and chambers of commerce) as well as a good number of non-profit entities: not one party involved in the development and innovation cycle is dispensable.
